Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 flax eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups of oat flour
- ¼ cup of shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup baking powder
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Procedures:
1. Mash 4 peeled bananas in a mixing bowl.
2. After the bananas are all mixed, add flax eggs, maple syrup, and coconut oil in it.
3. Measure 2 cups of oat flour, 3 tbsp of cacao powder, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 cup of chocolate chips, then mix it with the prepared ingredients.
4. Once the mixture is set, pour it into a 9 x 5 loaf baking dish, spread it properly, and bake at 350 F or 176.67 celsius for about 50 minutes.
